In all recipes, the first place among the ingredients is meat (poultry, rabbit or fish), except for a number of preventive and therapeutic ones, where a high proportion of proteins in the diet is not recommended. Up to 35–40% of the protein component of dry food is fresh (not dehydrated) meat, and only fresh meat is used for canned food. Seafood delicacies for cats are made from fresh seafood in Thailand. Since cats need protein food more than other companion animals, this balance of diet is optimal for them.
